CROPPING

Cutting sheet metal with a thickness of up to 6 mm and length up to 4000 mm.

 

CUTTING

Cutting solid and profile materials at an angle of 30°–90°. Up to maximum length of 12 m from rods. Material is divided from individual rods as well as from bundles of rods. Profile materials as well as solid materials can be cut. The smallest diameter is 6 mm and the biggest 220 mm. Perpendicular tolerance is 0.2 mm at a diameter of 100 mm. The maximum profile size is 200×280 mm.

 

BURNING

MOULDING OF SHAPED PROFILES

GASPARINI PSG 400/4500, LO 200 BENDING PRESSES

At this time we can offer work on the Italian Gasparini model PSG 400/4500 bending press with a revolutionary bending control system allowing for angles ranging from 5° do 180°. It can bends sheet metal up to 16 mm thick and 9000 mm long, depending on the type of material.

It is a machine with the possibility to create a wide assortment of profiles. The CNC control system ensures automatic calculation of the bending programme and the necessary bending power on the product.  The CNC system allows for the manufacture of profiles of various shapes and sizes.

MILLING CENTRE

MCV1000, HASS milling centres (three and five axes)

We can supply finished parts, including material, manufacture parts from material provided by you or only perform individual operations.  Our services mainly comprise the production of various types of shafts, flanges, bolts, panels, boxes, connecting parts etc.

The newly built blasting room (2013) for components with the following dimension: 3x4x11 m.

Blasting medium: abrasive (steel shot).

 

PAINTING/COATING

NEW PAINT SHOP

A new, modern paint shop built in 2014. It offers the possibility to paint both small and large-scale components up to 4x10x20 m in size and 7 t in weight.
