Gasparini PSG 400/4500

At this time our machinery includes the Italian Gasparini PSG 400/4500 press with a revolutionary system for controlling folds at angles from 5° to 180°, depending on the type, length and strength of the material. It is a machine with the possibility to create a wide range of profiles. The CNC controlling system ensures automatic calculation of the bending programme and the necessary bending power on the product.

The CNC system allows for the manufacture of profiles of various shapes and sizes.

MAIN ATTRIBUTES:

The Model PSG 400/4500 is equipped with the DELEM DA 58-6 3D control system with colour graphics (Y1,Y2,X,R,Z1,Z2). Two machines are connected in the “tandem” regime – the speed and position of the press beam are under continuous control – upon entering the sheet thickness, length of the bend angle and rigidity of the material, the automatic calculation of the bending programme and the required bending force for the product follows – automatic compensation of the bending frame and deviations in case of different compacting pressures, in case of the same bend angle – readjustment of the bend angle under compacting pressure is possible – conic bend possible by diagonal positioning of the press cross beam – precise back gauge of material, completely with spindle stored in recirculating ball bearings and ball tracks – mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic security system controlled by control unit.
